STEP, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and organized professional to oversee comprehensive health services for children and families participating in our Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

This position supervises Health Advocates, coordinates child health screenings and follow-up services, oversees health plans and medication procedures, supports nutrition and mental health coordination, and ensures compliance with applicable health and safety requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health, health education, health services, nutrition, social work, human services, or a closely related field required. Experience in health services, public health, child health, or a related field required. Supervisory experience preferred; Head Start/Early Head Start experience strongly preferred. RN or other relevant health credentials preferred but not required.
