Solutions That Empower People, Inc. (STEP) is now accepting applications for a full-time Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will ensure that STEP’s mission and annual goals are met by providing effective day-to-day financial, programmatic and administrative support. Primarily reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the candidate will help secure the financial state of the organization along with aiding in the operations of our income tax assistance program.

The candidate will bring three or more years of relevant financial experience, possess a high level of comfort with computer technology, ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently, and have a team player mentality with a willingness to help other staff with various tasks. Salary Range – $17.07 – $21.34
