Solutions That Empower People, Inc. (STEP), a multifaceted community action agency, has an opening for a full time 12-month Classroom Floater in Franklin County, VA. The Classroom Floater will provide essential support across classrooms and Before & After Care, assisting with daily routines and ensuring appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained throughout the day. The qualifications for this position include knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability to support multiple classrooms, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers. Salary range for this position will be $14.44 - $18.69 per hour.  Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, disability insurance, paid time off and 401K.
