Solutions That Empower People, Inc. (STEP) is seeking a full-time Housing Services Specialist to support the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. This role works under the Housing Services Director and focuses on application intake, eligibility determinations, rent calculations, recertifications, inspections coordination, and participant and landlord support in accordance with HUD and Virginia Housing guidelines.

This entry to mid-level position also provides general Housing Services support as needed, including intake assistance, scanning, data entry, and file management across programs such as Weatherization.
